CPPREP4002 – Access and Interpret Ethical Practice in Real Estate CPPREP4003 – Access and Interpret Legislation in Real Estate The Legal and Ethical Frameworks module examines that regulatory framework that the real estate sector operates in. It includes key legislation governing the sector and identifies regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders. |
Module 3 – Marketing in Real Estate |
CPPREP4004 – Establish Marketing and Communication Profiles in Real Estate CPPREP4102 – Market Property The Marketing in Real Estate module introduces key concepts and principles of marketing real estate including the Four P’s of Marketing, examining marketing channels and tactics, how to develop a personal profiles, creating your personal brand, marketing plans and communication throughout the marketing process. |
Module 4 – Trust Accounting |
CPPREP4005 – Prepare to Work with Real Estate Trust Accounts CPPREP4125 – Transact in Trust Accounts The Trust Accounting module examines the skills and knowledge required to conduct transactions in real estate trust accounts. It includes identifying the purpose and types of property trust accounts, applying agency controls to transactions in property trust accounts for specific purposes, balancing, reconciling and reporting on trust account transactions, and maintaining records of trust account transactions. |

Module 7 – Conduct Auctions |
CPPREP4161 – Undertake Pre-Auction Processes CPPREP4162 – Conduct and Complete Sale by Auction CPPREP4163 – Complete Post-Auction Process and Contract Execution The Conduct Auctions module examines the preparation required for a property sale by auction including marketing procedures and documentation. This module also equips the course participant with the skills and knowledge to physically conduct an auction including appropriate questioning, obtaining the optimum price for the property and adherence to legislative requirements. You will also focus on the skills required for all follow up required after the conduct of an auction and the preparation of the contract. |
Module 8 – Property Management |
CPPREP4121 – Establish Landlord Relationships CPPREP4122 – Manage Tenant Relationships CPPREP4123 – Manage Tenancy The Property Management module focuses on the legislative requirements of providing property management services in relation to residential properties in Victoria from the initial listing of the property, through to on-going management of the property. |
Module 9 – End Tenancy |
CPPREP4124 – End Tenancy Following on from the Property Management module, the End Tenancy module focuses the process leading up to the termination of a tenancy. |

- Non Traineeship $2,500 AUD
- Traineeship $2,500 AUD
When do I need to pay?
For a traineeship program the fees are:
- $1,250 AUD is due when when the trainee has enrolled Balance of $1,250 AUD is due in 3 months from enrolment date enrolled.
We do offer an installment plan of:
- $500 AUD at enrolment then 5 installments of $400 AUD per month.
Payments can be made by direct debit or via credit card (which will incur a credit card fee).
Course Fee Includes
Course and enrolment fees include:
- A non-refundable $500 administration fee (applied at the time of enrolment).
- All training and assessment are required for students to achieve a qualification in the course in which they are enrolling within the attempts allowed.
- Online material and downloadable notes.
- Issuance of one set of certification documents including the certificate and record of results transcript and/or a Statement of Attainment.
- Up to 3 attempts to complete each assessment task. Where an additional assessment is required to achieve competency, the student will need to re-enrol in the unit and pay individual unit enrolment fees.
Additional Fees
Additional fees will be charged for the following:
- Re-Issue of Certificate or Statement of Attainment $60
- Re-Issue of Statement of Attainment $30
- Express marking (3 working days) $80
- Subject re-enrolment fee $300 {where the student has exhausted 3 attempts per unit).
- Course extension fees (outlined below)
Fees For Extensions To Enrolments
Students are provided a certain enrolment end date as per their training plan and course outline and students are expected to finish the course by the end date. If you are not able to complete the course by the end of the course, you may apply to extend the course. The following fees will apply:
- 1 week extension from the course end date – $200
- 1 month extension from the course end date – $500
Extensions must be applied for and paid at least 2 weeks before course expiry.

The Learning Plan describes what training is to be undertaken, who provides the training and conducts the assessments, and how, when and where this will occur.
The Learning Plan is developed by the Registered Training Organisation (Apex HR) in consultation with the employer (where applicable) and the trainee/student and will be provided to you at the commencement of your training. It is a working document to be used for the duration of the Training Contract / training and must be updated as necessary to reflect the current status of training.
A copy of the Learning Plan, including any updates, must be kept by Apex HR, the employer (where applicable) and trainee/student.
For Traineeship enrolments, upon completion of this Learning Plan, the trainee is eligible to be issued with the appropriate qualification. Apex HR issues the qualification when the employer has verified that the trainee is competent in the vocation to the required industry standard.
All students studying nationally recognised training in Australia from 1 January 2015, are required by legislation to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). A USI is an account (or reference number) made up of numbers and letters. The USI will allow you online access to your training records and results (transcript) through your online USI account. You can create, or retrieve a lost USI number from www.usi.gov.au

We also encourage students to take part in our live virtual tutorials which are hosted live via zoom with trainer, allowing students the opportunity to contextualise learning material, have a deeper understanding of course material and to ask questions in real time. These tutorials are also recorded and can be accessed by students to watch in their own time if they miss a session.
